did a deep dive into arthur janov, the psychologist that developed primal therapy. he theorized that pain is distributed in our physical bodies and psyches when it’s not dealt with, and emphasized the importance of processing your emotions vs. suppressing them.

‘Renn Tyler’ is, at its core, a practice in using artistry as a mindfulness technique to heal myself and the world. i feel to create, i create to heal. these are my screams. thanks for listening.
